Dear Richard,
We are thrilled to welcome the Puget
Sound Anglers to Painter's Lodge; please find below your confirmed
arrangements reserved for your group.
Accommodation
We are pleased to offer the Puget Sound Anglers the following specially discounted four day, three night fly-in fishing package rates:

Double occupancy $679.00
·
Triple occupancy $629.00
·
Quad occupancy $605.00
Rates are per person, quoted in US funds, and subject to
2.5% GST, $14.00 fuel surcharge, and $19.26
Packages include: round trip air from
three 4-hour guided
salmon fishing trips, tackle, bait and the cleaning and packaging of your
catch.
We are pleased to donate $50.00 per package on the behalf
of the Puget Sound Anglers to an agreed upon salmon enhancement project.
Drive-in packages are available at the rate of $549.00 plus taxes and surcharges based
on double occupancy, triple and quad rates available as well.

Requirements:
At Painter’s Lodge, our four-hour
professionally guided fishing trips are in 17' Boston Whalers equipped with
tackle, bait, rain gear, and includes the cleaning and packaging of your
catch. Your package includes three
4-hour fishing trips, the rate for additional fishing is $269.00 per Boston
Whaler (2 anglers) plus applicable tax. At
this time, we have reserved the following fishing excursions for your group,
please advise if you would like to adjust your fishing times:

Fishing
Licences:
Fishing licences, as required by the
Canadian Department of Fisheries and Oceans, can be obtained at the Marine
Centre. To complete licence information,
we will require a home address, home phone number, date of birth, gender and
signature. Please find below the costs
of a 2008 fishing licence.

Reservation Policy
We understand that your guests will be calling directly to
make their own accommodation and activity reservations. For the convenience of your guests, please

Payment and Cancellation Policies:
• Deposit
required: $100 per person at the time of booking
• Balance
of payment due: 60 days prior to arrival
•
Cancellation policy: Reservations cancelled more than 60 days prior to arrival
are refundable, less a $50 per person cancellation fee. Reservations cancelled
within 60 days of arrival are non-refundable
•
Cancellation insurance: $15 per person (see details below)
Cancellation Insurance:
Available for purchase at the time of booking and must be
paid for with your deposit. Cancellation
Insurance entitles you to a full refund, less the cost of the insurance, up to
the day of departure.
• Coverage: Illness, injury or death of covered person or
immediate family member; being subpoenaed as a witness (except law enforcement
officers); your place of residence becoming inhabitable because of unforeseen circumstances
(fire, flood, tornado etc.); a missed package due to a private passenger
automobile or common carrier accident en route to check in at one of Oak Bay
Marine Group’s resorts.
• Conditions: Our reservations office must be notified
immediately upon cancellation becoming necessary, and prior to the start of
your trip. Documentation will be required to support your claim (Doctor’s note,
death certificate, copy of subpoena, proof from insurance company, police
report etc.)
